We want you to love your Lulu Guinness purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition, unused, and with all designer tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original branded box and secure them inside the original shipping carton or a sturdy alternative to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
